How do I connect my account to the extension?
Open RewritePilot in the same browser and sign in. The extension should connect to your session automatically.
Why is the extension not finding my email text?
In Outlook, selecting the email text with your mouse first usually works best. In Gmail, make sure you have the email open before using RewritePilot.
How do I request deletion of my account data?
Email support@rewritepilot.app and mention that you want a deletion request. Include the email address tied to your account.
